I'm an author, blogger, and consultant who lives an alter life during my private times in middle Saskatchewan, masquerading as an introvert who steadily observes the world around me and then hides away in my office to create stories about the great as well as the insignificant people who fill my life. Some of it is fictional, but all my stories are based on real experiences.
The rest of the time, when I'm not being a grandmother and mother to our blended family, and wife to Jerry, I entertain my love of cooking, editing my husband's prolific academic and other works, and trying to figure out what an Oxford comma is. And walking our rescue dog, Bo, who challenges my patience but teaches me how to be a better person.
My next book, which will be called LOSER'S CATHEDRAL - My Four Years Behind the Wall, is my story about working in a Canadian federal men's prison as one of the first female officers.
